About me

I started designing products back in 2013. Back then I was a developer too, end-to-end design & building:

• 2013 - StoneAcre (B2C, Motoring)
• 2014 - Plusnet (B2C, ISP)
• 2015 - Irwin Mitchell (B2C, Law)
• 2017-20 - SoloProtect (B2B, Security, SaaS)

I started specialising in 2020, focusing on B2B SaaS, complex problems and building lean research into fast moving teams.
